Navigate career changes with confidence in this practical and empowering workshop designed to help participants move forward with clarity and purpose. Using the Reset Framework—Recovery, Reflection, and Redesign—participants will learn structured strategies for managing uncertainty, rebuilding resilience, and creating a thoughtful plan for what comes next.

As workplace transitions become increasingly common, this workshop provides valuable tools that can be applied during periods of job loss, career shifts, or professional uncertainty. Participants will explore techniques for managing stress and regaining stability, reconnecting with strengths and identity beyond job titles, and developing a clear framework for planning next steps with confidence. This class is ideal for anyone experiencing career transition, considering a change, or looking to build resilience in an evolving workplace.

*This class will be held virtually, giving participants the option to engage anonymously in a comfortable, low-pressure environment. Networking opportunities will also be available for those who wish to connect with others.
