With an 8:1 ratio, our experienced instructors not only teach golf fundamentals like full swing, chipping, and putting but also specialize in working with kids to build confidence and sportsmanship. We provide top-notch equipment and training materials, so there’s no need to purchase gear—just show up and enjoy the game! Students use indoor safe, limited-flight practice golf balls during class. Whether your child is new to golf or looking to improve, TGA makes it easy to learn, play, and love the sport. Each participating child will receive a hat, a hat clip and ball mark.

First Aid and Safety Trained (F.A.S.T.) Kids is a 4-hour course for 7–10-year-olds designed to help children stay safe at and away from home. Lessons cover basic first aid, water safety, vehicle safety, home emergencies, injury prevention, and stranger and internet safety. Students will receive a book, handouts, and a home first aid kit. Students should bring a water bottle/beverage, snacks, and colored pencils, crayons, or markers.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete looking to try something new or have never touched a rugby ball, this introduction is for you! Rugby is an inclusive sport that welcomes all body types, skill levels, and athletic backgrounds. Designed for boys and girls in grades 6–12, this introductory session focuses on fun, fitness, and the fundamentals of rugby. Participants will learn basic skills such as passing, catching, running lines, and game strategy through engaging drills and modified games in a supportive environment. Students will be grouped by age and grade level whenever possible to ensure activities are developmentally appropriate and enjoyable for everyone. No prior rugby experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows for plenty of movement. Plastic-molded cleats (soccer, football, or lacrosse cleats work great) are encouraged for better traction on the turf, but athletic shoes are also acceptable. If you already own a mouthguard, please bring it. While this is a low-contact introductory session, wearing a mouthguard is a good habit for rugby players to develop.
