Stretch and Move with Your Fascia in MindComm Ed / Health & WellnessDiscover how your body’s connective tissue (fascia) can play a major role in movement, flexibility, tension, and everyday aches and pains. In this interactive class, you’ll learn simple self-care techniques to help release tightness and improve comfort session by session, with a focus on different areas of the body. Participants will learn how to better “listen” to their bodies and recognize patterns of tension and restriction. Techniques can be adjusted to individual needs and comfort levels. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to class and wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. A $5 materials fee is due at class; Cash accepted.Community Education - F/W 26-27
